This is more of a local interest than anything. This one was found at an Athens Public Library book sale (which everyone should visit and buy many, many cheap books) and the bookmark is an old portrait of Ohio University, the middle building being Cutler Hal. No idea as to the date though.
Labels: history, ohio, university
I picked up this one during an Ohio University book sale fall quarter.
"I had such a marvelous time
at your birthday party, and
you gave us such a wonderful
gift (listening, eating and
drinking) I thought I would
give you installment #2
of your birthday gift
#1 was the P.B. Broderick
#2 is this poem about money
#3 is looking at this completely
cheesy paperback from
the library. I figured out a long
time ago they don't charge
fines on leisure reading But
The book is worth nothing to
anyone but me. Good to
meet you.
